We have a laser-cut wooden Mendel RepRap, called "Woody". It was built between February and July, 2010 and, after an initial period of extruder problems, has been printing fine for the past 6 months!

Woody printed a Prusa/OpenXY RepRap child called Bruce, as well as (what we think to be) the world's first fully 3D-printed quadracopter!
