The introductions to 3D printing will be run as one-off events, during which you will be taught in only one hour how to manage your CAD designs and get them ready through the ICRS RepRap.

Overview

Josh, ICRS President and builder of the 3D printers, will show how to use the Society’s 3D printer, the RepRap. This course is run as a one-off and should teach you all you need to know to print. It will be repeated at different times of the year. Basic experience with CAD will be needed, but there is no requirement for the electronics. Students who are thinking of working on a 3D printed project towards the end of the year are encouraged to join this one-off course.
